HISTORY OF COMPANY

The company is an agricultural holding company vertical-integrated structure from Fertilizer to packing bottle oil. We have 16 group companies in our holding, including Hong Kong, UAE and Turkey.

The company's total turnover is 3 million tons of grain and 0.6 mio tons of oil per year. We are farmers, we have 300,000 hectares of agriculture in the Krasnodar region and 150’000 hectares in Kaliningrad region. We are farmers, we cultivate 1’000,000 tons per 300,000 hectares in the Krasnodar region and 500,000 tons in the Kaliningrad region. Another volume 1.5 mio mt we purchase on elevator in August and sale on high rice in winter/spring time.

Our history start from 2016 year when we start produce Feed Animal for fish, there are structure in Kirgizia, where we start our farming fish business. We are deeply were involve in FOOD business of products like fish, meat, potato and etc to Retail in Russia and CIS. But since 2022 we are mainly focus only on agricultural activity and close our business trades in another industries. We sell more then 0.6 mio of oil and 3 mio mt of grain per year.

Our staff of traders are very wide from Brazil to China, they are more then 60. We have 16 affilates with traders in each of main countries of buyer Russian origin oil and grain: India, China, Brazil, EU, Turkey, Algeria , Senegal and etc.
